Ravelist Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Ravelist! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ravelist websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”), including any content, features, and functionality offered on or through the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these1 Terms, you may not access or use the Services.2. Use of the Services2

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.3

  • Account Creation: If you choose to create a Ravelist account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that4 occur under your account or password.5

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

    • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities.

    • Use the Services to transmit, distribute, or store any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,6 libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

    • Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to,7 a Ravelist employee or representative.

    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

    • Use any automated means, including scripts, robots, crawlers, or spiders, to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Services without our express written consent.

    • Collect any personally identifiable information about other Users without their consent.

    • Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.

    • Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services.8

  • User Content: You are solely responsible for the content (“User Content”) you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. You grant Ravelist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt,9 translate, distribute, publish, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed.10

  • Ravelist Content: The Services may contain content that is protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You agree not to11 use such content except as expressly authorized by these Terms or with the prior written consent of the applicable rights holder.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF13 MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
